PDC provided civil, electrical, fire protection, mechanical and structural engineering services as well as managed an architectural subconsultant to provide renovations and an addition to this facility. A secure theatre capable of seating 150 pilots and support staff was added to this existing building. Lighting and ceilings were upgraded throughout the building and a new fire protection system was provided. New HVAC units, locker rooms and secure conference rooms are included.
