PDC's Utility group has been designing utilities systems for
remote, as well as urban clients for nearly a quarter
century. A significant share of this experience has been
gained in Arctic and sub-Arctic projects, where the more
traditional design approaches, typical of project sites
located within the contiguous United States, do not
apply.
Our utility's group has
extensive experience, not only in the design of potable
water supply, treatment, and distribution; but also
wastewater collection and treatment, as well as storm water
collection and treatment.
PDC has designed
water and waste water systems for camps, rural communities,
military installations, scientific research complexes, power
