Elliot has been with PDC as a Structural Engineer in our Fairbanks office since 2008 and has developed an enviable list of client relationships during his tenure.
Elliot is very detailed with his technical work, works diligently on his projects, and communicates well with co-workers and clients. He has proven himself to be reliable, creative, and versatile. Elliot makes the transition between large projects (DOT Injection Well Closures) to small ones (Hoodoo Brewery) appear seamless—a highly desirable quality that is needed to excel as a leader.
Elliot was a valuable member of the ESOP Committee for 2 years and was instrumental in the Innovation program developed in response to the 2016 Strategic Planning initiative. As an FYI, the Innovations Program has been funded for 2018 and will be rolled out shortly. Elliot is also the Fairbanks office Beer Club Philosopher.
Over the years, Elliot has brought a unique sense of creativity and perspective both to his project work as well as to PDC management. This proved to be extremely beneficial in causing PDC management to take an introspective look at the way we were/are doing things. For this attribute, Elliot will be a true benefit not only to the PDC leadership team but to all PDC employee-owners.
Elliot was nominated by Bill Hrinko, PDC’s Structural PTP
Elliot was married to Alexis on December 28th; a very busy holiday season for him.
