Land Development
For a project manager, having detailed land information is key. Where is your property in relation to neighboring lands? What are the soil conditions under your feet? Are their any environmental concerns to address? These questions and many more require a solid plan before ground can ever be broken. Let PDC’s Land Development Services Market Sector take your project from the planning phase to implementation. Our planners, surveyors, geotechnical, and environmental experts are coordinated, experienced, and ready to take on your unique project challenge.
Core Disciplines

Environmental
Permitting, resource surveys, and analysis are critical to get your project constructed. Our team is equipped to conduct wetland delineations, hydrological studies, NEPA documentation, federal and state permitting, and phase I site assessments.

Geotechnical
A solid understanding of a project site’s subsurface conditions ensures long-term performance of your facility. From material testing to comprehensive geotechnical reports, we’re equipped to investigate all geotechnical aspects of a project.

Planning
A successful project starts with a solid plan. The PDC planning team is experienced with all types of plans, from community plans to large-scale corridor plans to airport master plans. We use the latest ArcGIS package to analyze scenarios and create interactive public engagement.

Survey
Our statewide coverage and experience conducting boundary, tideland, hydrographic, topographic, and design surveys, as well as utility locates, monumentation, and construction staking means our team is ready to deploy. With licensed UAV pilots and the latest LiDAR and photogrammetry technology, PDC surveyors have the resources to collect high-resolution data for any project.
Complementary Disciplines
